Pre-Orders & Shipping

• Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days for in-stock merchandise.
• Most orders are stocked, packed, and shipped directly by Piglet's Closet. Quarts, Gallons, and select items may ship directly from our supplier.

• $5.95 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING on qualifying in-stock orders under $50.
• FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 on qualifying in-stock orders.
• PRE-ORDERS: $5.95 shipping per expected ship date or FREE OVER $150 on pre-order total regardless of ship date.
• Orders shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico are subject to a flat $9.95 shipping rate, regardless of order total.

Carrier rates have increased significantly, particularly with current USPS pricing. In many cases, the actual cost to ship your package is more than the $5.95 flat rate you pay at checkout.

For standard shipping, Piglet's Closet will select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, delivery time, and cost. Depending on your order and location, your package may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or another available carrier/service.

The shipping method shown on your tracking information may therefore differ from the service you expected at checkout.

We do not profit from shipping charges. Our $5.95 flat rate is designed to keep shipping simple and affordable while helping offset a portion of the actual cost of delivering your order.

Current USPS pricing has made tracked shipping surprisingly expensive—even for extremely lightweight merchandise.

For example, shipping a single sheet of rice paper with tracking can cost us approximately $7.52 to some destinations.

When practical, we may be able to send small paper-only orders using USPS First-Class Mail without tracking instead of a more expensive tracked package service.

If we are able to ship your order this way for less than the shipping amount you paid, we will refund the shipping savings back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that First-Class Mail does not include package tracking and may not be appropriate for every order or destination. We will choose the shipping method that makes the most sense for your particular order.

Pre-orders have their own shipping policy and do not qualify for our standard Free Shipping Over $50 offer.

A $5.95 shipping charge applies to each expected pre-order ship date. If your order contains items with different expected ship dates, shipping will be calculated separately for each shipment.

Spend $150 or more on pre-order merchandise in a single order and pre-order shipping is FREE, regardless of the number of expected ship dates.

Example: A $75 November pre-order and a $75 January pre-order placed in the same order total $150, so both shipments ship FREE.

Items with the same expected ship date will be combined into one shipment whenever possible.

Pre-orders reserve incoming inventory specifically for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

If you no longer wish to keep a pre-order item, you may return it after it has been received in accordance with our return policy. Pre-order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For pre-order returns:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

This policy does not apply if Piglet's Closet is unable to fulfill your pre-order or when cancellation/refund rights otherwise apply under applicable law.

The cancellation fee does not apply if the item becomes unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill the order within the originally stated estimated shipping period.

Orders shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses will be sent using an appropriate USPS service.

Military mail may require additional transit time after entering the military postal system. Delivery times vary by destination and may take considerably longer than standard domestic delivery estimates.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
