Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
All sales are final on sale items.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@pigletscloset.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send you package. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and it will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.
- When we provide a pre-paid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Pre-paid shipping costs that were paid at the time the order was placed will not be refunded.
- If you return an item to us and it is uninsured, and it arrives damaged upon shipping back to us, we will not credit you.
If you do ship the items back to us, and they arrive in the same condition that we sent the item to you, we will then credit your credit card for the amount of the items returned, less all associated postage costs with the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all shipping costs on the return transaction. Original shipping costs when charged are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you if we have any issues or objection to your refund. Otherwise you can expect us to process your refund in 1-3 business days. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be posted to your account. There is often some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the card provider or bank. Please reach out to your bank or card company if more than 5 business days have passed, to inquire about the status of the refund. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pigletscloset.com
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regularly priced items may be returned for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and all sales are considered final.
DIY QUALITY ASSURANCE AND REFUNDS
We are committed to providing top-quality products for your crafting needs. Due to the many variables involved in the crafting process-such as experience level, materials, and techniques used-we do not offer refunds for poor results. Thanks for your understanding.
DAMAGES:
If an item is damaged in shipping, first of all we are so sorry! Unfortunately, sometimes things happen in transit, but we are here to help! Please contact us immediately at sarah@pigletscloset.com. We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the order, otherwise we may not be able to replace the item.
Please note that we require an image of the damaged product, the outside packaging (with label), and inside packaging be sent to us either via email or text.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. See above policy for damaged items.
