Pre-Order Policies & Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply to all pre-orders placed with Piglet's Closet, LLC. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing or reserving merchandise that is not currently available for immediate shipment and agree to the terms below.

Items available for pre-order will be identified on the product listing and will include an estimated shipping or arrival date.

Placing a pre-order reserves incoming inventory for you. Pre-order merchandise is not in stock and ready for immediate shipment at the time the order is placed.

Depending on the pre-order offer, payment may be collected in full at the time the order is placed or scheduled to be collected at a later date. The payment terms applicable to your pre-order will be displayed when you place your order.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize Piglet's Closet to collect payment according to the payment terms presented with that pre-order.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, any payment collected for the unavailable merchandise will be refunded to your original payment method.

The expected shipping date or shipping period shown on a pre-order product is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pre-order merchandise may be affected by manufacturing, supplier, import, carrier, weather, customs, or other delays outside of our control. We will update customers when we receive material information regarding a significant delay.

Pre-orders reserve incoming inventory specifically for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

If you no longer wish to keep a pre-order item, you may return it after it has been received in accordance with our return requirements. Pre-order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For pre-order returns:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

If Piglet's Closet is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the order or affected item will be canceled and any amount collected for that merchandise will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Please make sure your email address, shipping address, billing information, and other order information are accurate and kept current while your pre-order is pending.

Pre-orders are also subject to Piglet's Closet's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions and our general policies regarding a pre-order purchase, these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions will apply to the pre-order to the extent permitted by applicable law.
