Q. Who the heck are you and what do you sell?

A. We are a online based shop located in Madison, WI.  We sell a variety of items such as new stock of Dept 56, Enesco, Hallmark, Candles, Melts and Gifts. We primarily focus on vintage gifts and collectibles from ceramics & glassware to figurines. We primarily started our business via our ebay store now with over 10,000 trusted transactions!

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We primarily accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards.

Q. How can I contact you with questions or concerns?

A. Contact us anytime via the our contact us page, we usually respond within a few hours!

Q.  Are all your items smoke free? Where do they come from?

A.  The majority of our items are new from vendors. Our vintage items are located via auctions, estate sales, consignment, and store closing inventory. We do not buy items from smoke environments or if they carry any odor.  We specify in the product details if an item is used, vintage, and whether it has any defects!

Q. Who is Piglet and why did you name a business after him?

A.  Piglet is our Orange cat who needed a business venture, we made him CEO.

 

Q. What services do you use to ship, and do you include tracking?

A.  We primarily ship through USPS. We also use FedEx and UPS when it is more cost effective. All our packages are sent with tracking. 

Q. Do you ship worldwide and how do I receive a price quote?

A. We currently offer shipping items to the United States and Canada.  We do offer shipping to all countries when items are purchased via our ebay store.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
