How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order your favorites now and we'll reserve them for you before they arrive. Please review the information below before ordering so you know what to expect.

Pre-order merchandise is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. The expected ship date is shown on each pre-order product whenever available.

Pre-order dates are estimates based on information provided by our suppliers and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may change an expected arrival or shipping date.

We will ship your order as soon as the merchandise arrives and is ready to go.

Pre-orders have their own shipping policy and do not qualify for our standard Free Shipping Over $50 offer.

A $5.95 shipping charge applies to each expected pre-order ship date. Items with different expected ship dates may ship separately and have separate shipping charges.

Spend $150 or more on pre-order merchandise in a single order and pre-order shipping is FREE, regardless of the number of expected ship dates.

Pre-orders reserve incoming inventory specifically for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

If you no longer wish to keep a pre-order item, it may be returned after it has been received. Pre-order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Piglet's Closet is unable to fulfill your pre-order, any payment collected for the unavailable merchandise will be refunded.
