Things to Know:

• Your existing reward point balance was automatically linked to your existing customer store account. 
• You will be logged in to rewards automatically when you login to your store account.
• You will need to reenter your birthday MM/YY for your annual rewards
• If you redeemed points and DID NOT use the code at that time your codes are still active. You can check your email for the email we sent upon your redemption. Your old unredeemed codes are active, but will not show up on this system. If you are certain you had available codes send us an email and we will provide them to you.

What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Once you join, you can collect points on every purchase and cash them out on future purchases.. A unique way to thank you for choosing us as your retailer. 

• Earn 10 points for every $1 spent (does not include shipping)
• Points can be accumulated by making one or more purchases.
• Redeem points for discounts, freebies, and free shipping offers. 
• Points do not expire. 

How do I register?
You will automatically be registered for rewards when you set up a store account. 

If you do not yet have a store account you can register in the Rewards widget and this will create your store account at the same time. 

Click the rewards widget to view available points and ways to redeem.

Where can I see the total number of points?

You total number of points is listed on the rewards widget.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points before you make your purchase by clicking Ways to Redeem from the rewards widget.

• Next select the reward of your choice and click redeem
• A coupon code will be provided to copy or enter at checkout. 

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your loyalty points do not expire, nor does a redeemed coupon code until it has been used. 

How do I earn bonus points?

You can earn points by doing extra tasks from the Ways to Earn tab.

Carrier rates have increased significantly, particularly with current USPS pricing. In many cases, the actual cost to ship your package is more than the $6.95 flat rate you pay at checkout.

For standard shipping, Piglet's Closet will select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, delivery time, and cost. Depending on your order and location, your package may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or another available carrier/service.

The shipping method shown on your tracking information may therefore differ from the service you expected at checkout.

We do not profit from shipping charges. Our $6.95 flat rate is designed to keep shipping simple and affordable while helping offset a portion of the actual cost of delivering your order.

Orders shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses will be sent using an appropriate USPS service.

Military mail may require additional transit time after entering the military postal system. Delivery times vary by destination and may take considerably longer than standard domestic delivery estimates.

Current USPS pricing has made tracked shipping surprisingly expensive—even for extremely lightweight merchandise.

For example, shipping a single sheet of rice paper with tracking can cost us approximately $7.52 to some destinations.

When practical, we may be able to send small paper-only orders using USPS First-Class Mail without tracking instead of a more expensive tracked package service.

If we are able to ship your order this way for less than the shipping amount you paid, we will refund the shipping savings back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that First-Class Mail does not include package tracking and may not be appropriate for every order or destination. We will choose the shipping method that makes the most sense for your particular order.

Pre-orders have their own shipping policy and do not qualify for our standard Free Shipping Over $50 offer.

A $6.95 shipping charge applies to each expected pre-order ship date. If your order contains items with different expected ship dates, shipping will be calculated separately for each shipment.

Pre-orders reserve incoming inventory specifically for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Because squishy toys are final sale, pre-order squishies cannot be returned or exchanged after they are received.

If Piglet's Closet is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the order or affected item will be canceled and any amount collected for that merchandise will be refunded in full.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales of squishy toys are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on squishies, including opened or unopened merchandise.

This policy applies to both in-stock and pre-order squishy toys.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@pigletscloset.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

PURCHASE LIMITS

There is a limit of 6 of each SKU per customer.

Orders exceeding the purchase limit may be adjusted or canceled and refunded at Piglet's Closet's discretion.

SHIPPING

Sensory & Fidget Toys ship for a flat $6.95 per ship date.

Sensory & Fidget Toys are excluded from our Free Shipping offer.

If an order contains merchandise with different expected ship dates, each shipment may be charged separately at the applicable $6.95 shipping rate.

COUPON CODES & PROMOTIONS

Coupon codes and discount codes cannot be applied to Sensory & Fidget Toys. Rewards points may be earned on these purchases, but rewards redemptions are not accepted. Don’t worry — we have tons of other cool stuff throughout the shop where your rewards and discounts can be used.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Items available for pre-order will be clearly identified on the product listing and will include an estimated shipping or arrival date.

Placing a pre-order reserves incoming inventory for you. Pre-order merchandise is not currently in stock and is not ready for immediate shipment at the time the order is placed.

Pre-order Sensory & Fidget Toys are charged a flat $6.95 shipping fee per expected ship date. If your order contains items with different expected ship dates, a separate shipping charge may apply to each shipment.

ESTIMATED SHIP DATES

The expected shipping date or shipping period shown on a pre-order product is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pre-order merchandise may be affected by manufacturing, supplier, import, carrier, weather, customs, or other delays outside of our control.

We will update customers when we receive material information regarding a significant delay.
