Our pre-order option allows you to reserve inventory before it is available to purchase on our website or in stores.
There are two available payment options or pre-order products.
: A 50% down payment will be requested to reserve your item. Final payment will be due when the item is ready to ship.
- You can pay your remaining balance at any time via your account page.
- However, we will notify you via email when your remaining payment is due and your item is ready to ship.
: When paying your pre-order in FULL the selected pre-order products are eligible for a 10% discount. Enter code PREORDER
Please note: When the pre-order in full option is selected, an installment plan may be available from your selected payment provider on the checkout screen including: Sezzle, PayPal Pay Later, or Shop Pay. Choosing one of those options will not effect your pre-order and all installment payments are between you and the financer.
- Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the pre-order has been submitted for any reason.
- A refund will be issued only if we are unable to fill the order due to an unexpected delay or change in the item status.
ESTIMATED SHIP DATES
- You can find the estimated ship date of your item in the product description. This date was provided to us by the manufacturer.
- We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
- You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at email@example.com if you need to update any of this information.
- You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to fulfill the order due to manufacture delays, we'll provide a full-refund. No other discounts, refunds, or credits will be offered.

What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Once you join, you can collect points on every purchase and cash them out at some point on your next purchase. A unique way to thank you for choosing us as your retailer.
- Earn 10 points for every $1 spent (does not include shipping)
- Points can be accumulated by making one or more purchases.
- Redeem points for discounts, freebies, and free shipping offers.
- Points do not expire.

Nope! Your loyalty points do not expire, nor does a redeemed coupon code until it has been used.
You can earn points by doing extra tasks from the Earn tab.

Do my previous Etsy purchases convert to points?
Sure do, well not automatically. Visit the earn tab to enter your past previous Etsy purchases.
- Click on enter Etsy order number
- Enter the order number from your Etsy search history
- Etsy purchases receive 5 points for every dollar spent.
- Reward points/ coupons can be redeemed on our website only.
Refer a Friend
From the Referral tab, you will see your custom referral URL. Copy and share this URL to give your friends 10% off their first purchase at Piglet's Closet.
- Your URL is custom and unique to your account, so share as many times as you would like!
- You'll earn 250 bonus points when they make a purchase
- Offer is only valid for new customers and on their first purchase
How can I view points I have redeemed?
To view your point history click the three lines in the left corner of the widget and
click "Point History"
Handling Time: Our handling time is 1-2 business days. We do not drop ship and our inventory levels represent our product on hand. We can special order any custom size, product, etc. Feel free to contact us for an invoice.
